    Penalty of the use (or consumption) of drogue(s):

    The present note evokes, repeatedly, the penalty of the use of drugs. The federal government has conscience fully because the use or consumption are not as such penal; are aimed here the infringements to the legislation on the drug touch to the personal consumption (import, possession,…) and that are committed without it is question of infringements to other penal arrangements.

    The assessment of impact according to the Kind:

    The assessment of impact according to the Kind is an instrument permitting to value, by means of a set of questions, the differential impact of political intentions determined on the men and the women. Such an assessment is targeted on the detection of a specificity of kind, on the evaluation of the size of this specificity and on the formulation of alternatives permitting to palliate a specific dimension of kind unbalanced. It is therefore about a tool put in work in the goal to track down, in the intended political measures, a specific dimension of non balanced kind, often hidden and involuntary and to be able to formulate a strategy more balanced in this optics. This instrument answers an often formulated demand that asks the exam of all political intentions under the angle of the equality of the odds.
